Prior to Her Law Practice
As the oldest daughter of a blue-collar immigrant family from Laos, Vatsady has always charted her own path. While most children sold lemonade on the side of the road, she demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by selling egg rolls to working professionals in factories and office buildings. She became interested in law at a young age; in high school, instead of working in retail, she got a job at the county court.
Vatsady earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University with a double major in International Relations and French. After a few years of working for in both the public and private sectors, she embarked on her legal advocacy journey at Suffolk University Law School (SULS). Vatsady has a depth of knowledge from her prior experiences reviewing and drafting immigration documents, conducting due diligence relating to human resources and immigration matters at Eze Castle Software, representing small investors in arbitration proceedings in the Investors Advocacy Clinic, and assisting business litigation and bankruptcy cases at McAuliffe & Associates, P.C.
Vatsady remains committed to making a difference in the community. She is a mentor in the Massachusetts Bar Association's Tiered Community Mentoring Program and the liaison between the International Law Committee and the New Lawyers Committee at the Boston Bar Association. She has dedicated substantial pro-bono legal work for both the Volunteer Lawyers Project and Merrimack Valley Legal Services.
"More than anything, I'm committed to helping entrepreneurs, start-ups, businesses, and immigrants."
